Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within Morocco only.

Processing time
Every order is checked and shipped within 48 hours of being placed (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: 34 MAD
- Free shipping on orders of 3,000 MAD or more

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your city. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Packaging
PC components are shipped in reinforced, anti-static packaging to protect against damage in transit — graphics cards and other sensitive parts are cushioned separately from the outer box.

Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.
