About us
GamingWise sells PC hardware — graphics cards, processors, and other components — curated, verified, and benchmarked before we list them. We're based in Morocco and currently ship domestically only.

Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, even after an order is placed, and to cancel and refund an order affected by such an error. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order isn't confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through the methods shown there. We do not store your full payment card details.

Product information and warranty
We do our best to keep descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, but manufacturers occasionally revise these without notice. Where a product includes a manufacturer or GamingWise warranty, the warranty terms are stated on the product page.

Availability
Items marked "coming soon" are not yet available for purchase. Listing a category doesn't guarantee stock — availability is confirmed only at checkout.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to GamingWise or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability
GamingWise is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or its products, beyond the value of the order in question, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
